Traded volume on the day-ahead market of the Independent Bulgarian Energy Exchange (IBEX) in October 2023 reached 2,053,152.9 MWh, 4% less compared to the previous month. The average daily traded volume in October amounted to 66,230.7 MWh.
Traded volume in October 2023 was 18% higher compared to the same month last year.
The average baseload price on the day-ahead market in October amounted to 106.85 euros/ MWh, which is 5% higher compared to September (101.65 euros/MWh), while the average peak price was 115.2 euros/MWh.
On the intraday market, 215,603.1 MWh was traded, with an average weighted price of 120.12 euros/MWh.
